There are only two legislative days left of the 2021 Kentucky General Assembly, and we need your help sending a message to Frankfort: "Protect Kentucky workers, don't override Governor Beshear's veto of HB 475."

The Kentucky House of Representatives and Senate will reconvene on Monday, March 29th and conclude their work on Tuesday the 30th. With the Capitol closed to the public due to the COVID pandemic, we need your help reaching your legislators. Please take a moment and CLICK HERE to send them an easy, pre-drafted email, asking them not to override Governor Beshear's important veto of HB 475, a dangerous bill that prohibits the Secretary of Labor and the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission from enforcing “any occupational safety and health administrative regulation that is more stringent than the corresponding federal provision.”

Email your State Legislators and tell them to Protect KY workers, and vote NO on the override of HB 475.
