Kentucky State AFL-CIO President Bill Londrigan will be a guest on KET’s Kentucky Tonight this evening at 8 p.m. (EDT) to discuss jobs and the economy.  

Topics will also include fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of jobless numbers, plus federal economic relief efforts. Brother Larry Roberts, Secretary of the Kentucky Labor Cabinet announced this week that he is retiring effective June 30.

Larry has served labor his entire career with the Kentucky Labor Cabinet, as former state director of the Kentucky State Building and Construction Trades Council and the Kentucky Pipe Trades.  He served as secretary of labor under both Governor Steve Beshear and Governor Andy Beshear.
