More are on the way, and the lines they face in some areas are miles long in a part of the world where winter can be dangerously cold.
Many escaped Putin's violence with only the few belongings they could carry. There is a dire and immediate need to help Ukrainian refugees get food, shelter, clothing and medical assistance.
