Beshear Responds to News of "Preliminary Victory" Over Bevin to Protect Teachers from $1,000 Fines

Andy Beshear is taking to social media to respond to the newsthat he "won a preliminary victory in his lawsuit against Gov. Matt Bevin's administration for its investigation into this year's teacher sickouts."

Andy shared on social media: "Matt Bevin is trying to punish teachers and fine them $1,000 a day for standing up for public education. I won't stand for it. This ruling is a victory for public education and working families. I look forward to stopping this craziness in state court once and for all."
