The legal battle over the Affordable Care Act today is getting widespread national attention for its potential significant impact on health care - especially for people with pre-existing health conditions. As I’m sure many of you know, Andy Beshear is officially involved in the coalition of state attorneys general, along with groups like the AARP, fighting to protect access to affordable health care for working families in Kentucky.
