Beshear to headline Stovall fund raiser on Oct. 14

Mark your calendars for Oct. 14 when Gov. Andy Beshear will headline a Louisville fund-raiser for John Stovall, the Kentucky State AFL-CIO-endorsed candidate for House District 37, which includes parts of Jefferson and Bullitt counties. 

Stovall, a Democrat, is president of Louisville Teamsters Local 783.  

“John Stovall is a proven leader who has spent his entire career fighting for Kentucky’s working families,” said Beshear in endorsing the candidate. "In the General Assembly, John would be a tireless advocate for Kentuckians who need him there the most.”

The fund-raiser will start at 6 p.m. at the UAW Local 862 hall, 3000 Fern Valley Rd. # 100. Hosts include Todd Dunn & Local 862, Eddie Devine & IBEW Local 369, Dustin Reinstedler & the Kentucky State AFL-CIO and Chad Mills & the Kentucky State BCTC.
