How to file an OSH online complaint

COVID-19 has made workplace health and safety more urgent than ever. Kentuckians can file a health and safety complaint about their work online right now. Use this link. It's the federal complaint form but they'll send it right away to Kentucky to follow up. Kentucky has its own Occupational Safety and Health program.
The Labor Cabinet website has a link to the form, too, but right now finding it is not very intuitive. (Hint: It's the fourth form down the list, "US OSHA eComplaint Form".)
