FROM THE KENTUCKY YOUNG DEMOCRATS

We are 6 days away from electing our first woman AND first woman of color President. We are 6 days away from maintaining - and flipping - seats in Frankfort. We are 6 days away from electing the 26 YDs on the ballot throughout Kentucky.

There are numerous opportunities to help candidates in Kentucky, but there is also the opportunity to volunteer for the Harris/Walz campaign.

The Harris for President campaign has asked that we put a call out for canvassers in North Carolina, which is being considered a battleground state for this presidential election cycle.  Free roundtrip bus transportation will be provided, as well as free hotel lodging; however, we must have a minimum of 10 persons committed to participate.

The dates would be anytime between November 1-5.  The location in NC will depend on the campaign's priorities.  If you are interested, please reply separately on this email or email KDP Exec. Director, Morgan Eaves, at morgan@kydemocrats.org

There is also the opportunity to head north and knock for Senator Sherrod Brown's re-election in Ohio! If you want to head to Cincy to knock, sign up here! Don't want to out of state? That's ok-we have plenty of great legislative and local council candidates for you to canvass for right here in KY!  Either way, get out and "do something."
