Best wishes for a safe and enjoyable Labor Day!
As we enjoy the day set aside to recognize the contributions of workers to America, remember that Labor Day and all that workers have benefitted from came from struggle and sacrifice and that is what it is going to take to put our nation on the right path again, where all workers are respected and unions an ever growing presence and power.
Let us also keep in mind the millions of workers who have struggled during this pandemic to serve their fellow citizens, those who have had no choice but to work in dangerous conditions and those who have become ill and succumbed to this terrible virus.
Thanks for all you do to represent your members, their families and communities.
