It is my sad duty to inform you of the passing of former Kentucky State AFL-CIO Executive Board Member/Ashland CLC President and USW Representative Carl Meade Jr.  Carl was a committed life-long trade unionist and friend.  Please keep Carl and his family in your prayers.
