From The Louisville Courier-Journal: GE union president says he may take a strike vote over how company has handled coronavirus

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — GE Appliances workers may move one step closer toward going on strike amid the company's handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

In a memo sent to members of the IUE-CWA Local 83-761 obtained by The Courier Journal, union President Dean "Dino" Driskell wrote that he is "pushing the company to respond to our demands and take this virus seriously park wide."

"I will be exploring the possibility of taking a park wide strike vote in light of the company's unwillingness to respond to this crisis," Driskell wrote.
