Morgan McGarvey & Union Members Highlight Problem of Local Union-Busting and Discuss Support for PRO Act

Union members of the National Conference of Firemen & Oilers, SEIU 32BJ, have recently experienced union-busting tactics at their workplace in Louisville. At this press conference, these workers will tell their story, and Morgan will join them to emphasize the importance of passing the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act – federal legislation that would penalize employers who use union-busting tactics to try to keep workers from the collective bargaining table.
