LEXINGTON, KY, October 10, 2019— A lawyer for the Greg Stumbo for Attorney General campaign sent out a Cease & Desist letter to television stations who are airing false and defamatory information. The letter demands that the stations immediately cease airing the ad since the public record shows that the claims made in the ad are false.
The ad was paid for by Kentucky Freedom Fund, the PAC controlled by the Republican Attorneys General Association.
