Click here to see a three minute video about last September's 46th annual Labor-Management Conference at Kentucky Dam Village State Park.

"The conference board of directors voted last year to hire a third-party videographer, Rick Moore, owner of Heavenly Pictures LLC of Louisville," said Jerald Adkins, of Frankfort-based Working Strategies 2 LLC.

Moore's video incorporates crowd shots, activities, award presentations, other events and comments from board members Todd Dunn, president of Louisville UAW 862; and O'Dell Henderson, director of labor management and employees with the Jefferson County Public School System.

Other highlights include snippets of Gov. Andy Beshear's speech.

People who got a sneak preview of the video "liked it a lot," Adkins said. They included Dustin Reinstedler, president of the Kentucky State AFL-CIO.

"It's a pretty cool little video," Adkins said.

"We thought since there's been such an increase of new people coming who have never attended, we needed to spread the world about the conference and hopefully increase the numbers," said Ellen Yonts Suetholz, Working Strategies 2 legislative agent.

Reinstedler called the video "amazing," adding "many of you are in this video, so I’m certain you’ll be entertained."

He also urged viewers to share the video "on your social media both personally and through your Locals.  Excellent job by Jerald and crew for making this happen!"
