Labor mourns the loss of David Gray

I’m sad to report the news of the passing of Brother David Gray. David was the former Business Manager for Operating Engineers Local 181 and former President of the Kentucky State Building and Construction Trades Council.

The funeral arrangements are pending and will be sent out.
