Liles (UMWA) joined the team in 2016. He serves as the Director of Mobilization of the Kentucky State AFL-CIO, where he leads grassroots union member advocacy efforts to build power for better public policy and elections impacting working families. In that capacity, he also serves as Financial Secretary of the Kentucky Public Pension Coalition.

He holds a BA in media communications from Asbury University and a Master’s in public administration from Morehead State University. He also serves as a Magistrate on the Woodford County Fiscal Court, where he lives in Midway with his Wife (Robin) and 3 kids (Jolee, Bennett, & Adler). He’s previously served in multiple capacities within Kentucky state government, including Chief of Staff to former House Majority Whip, Tommy Thompson, and Deputy Chief of Staff to former Lt. Governor, Crit Luallen.
