It's Time for Kentucky Working Families to have A Seat At The Table in the Halls of Power.

For too long, the decisions that impact our jobs, our families, and our communities have been made by people who don't understand our lives. It's time for a change. It's time for leaders who know what it's like to work for a living, who have fought for fairness on the shop floor, and who are ready to champion the rights of working people in government.

That's why we created The Campaign Apprenticeship.

This is more than just a training program; it's a launchpad for the next generation of labor leaders in public office. We believe that the best advocates for working families are working people themselves. The Campaign Apprenticeship is designed specifically for union members like you who are ready to step up and run for office—whether it's for the local school board, the state legislature, or even Congress.

In our comprehensive courses, you will learn the essential skills to build a winning campaign from the ground up:

  • How to file for office and setup your campaign.
  • Crafting a message that resonates with voters.
  • Mastering fundraising and field organizing.
  • Navigating the political landscape with union values as your guide.
  • Building a broad coalition of community support.

You have the passion. You have the experience. We'll provide the strategy. Stand with your brothers and sisters and take the next step in your leadership journey. It's our time to lead.
