Andy Beshear is taking to social media to share a video of WBKO in Bowling Green interviewing Matt Bevin, where the governor refuses to support a bill to protect health care for Kentuckians with pre-existing conditions. 

Andy Beshear said: "Matt Bevin just refused to support a bill to protect Kentuckians with pre-existing conditions. He said 'we should go back' to less health protections and high-risk pools that left our people out to dry.
