Londrigan, state AFL-CIO honored for safety conference sponsorship

Kentucky State AFL-CIO Executive Board Member Donna Haynes, IBEW Local 1701, presented state AFL-CIO President Bill Londrigan a silver tray in appreciation for the state AFL-CIO helping sponsor last May's 35th Annual Governor's Safety and Health Conference & Exposition in Louisville.

Haynes is on the Kentucky Safety and Health Network Executive Board.

For more than 30 years, the conference, co-sponsored by the KSHN and the Kentucky Labor Cabinet, has provided an experience tailored to enhance the professional development of safety and health professionals. 

The 2019 conference included training opportunities, compelling keynote speakers and breakout sessions that addressed a wide variety of OSH topics– all presented by top safety and health professionals. ​The 2019 event featured an exposition hall that provided conference goers an opportunity to see the latest state-of-the-art products, services, and technologies at the largest gathering of its kind in Kentucky.
