REVISED pinwheel planting time on March 23

Due to a scheduling change, we have adjusted the time of our pinwheel planting on March 23. We will now begin at 9 a.m. in the Capitol Rotunda, and will then move outside for the pinwheel planting. Hope you will be able to join us – rain or shine. Everyone is welcome, and please share with your friends, colleagues and networks. Thank you!
