By KENNY COLSTONKentucky Democratic PartyFrankfort, KY — A new ad from veterans organization VoteVets is calling out Congressman Andy Barr for raking in millions of dollars from corporate PACs and Big Pharma while voting against protecting Kentuckians with pre-existing conditions.
The ad, posted on VoteVets’ Youtube page, features a veteran calling Barr out for deceptive ads, his votes against Kentuckians and his allegiances to drug companies.
“Andy Barr sold us out” the ad declares.
In a statement, Kentucky Democratic Party spokesperson Marisa McNee said Kentuckians deserve to know the truth about Andy Barr
“Andy Barr doesn’t care about the people of his congressional district and he consistently votes to cut coverage to Kentuckians with pre-existing conditions.
