As Andy Beshear is focusing on expanding access to health care in eastern Kentucky today, National Journal is ranking Kentucky #2 on its "list of the 10 governor seats most likely to switch parties this year and next," writing

 
"Though Bevin frequently brushes off his underwater approval ratings, his unpopularity coupled with party infighting make him vulnerable in the deep-red state." 
 Last week, Nathan Gonzales, a top nonpartisan election analyst with InsideElections, shifted the Kentucky Governor’s race from “Lean Republican” to “Toss-Up," while Morning Consult once again found that Matt Bevin is the leastpopular governor in America.
