As Andy Beshear is focusing on expanding access to health care in eastern Kentucky today, National Journal is ranking Kentucky #2 on its "list of the 10 governor seats most likely to switch parties this year and next," writing:
"Though Bevin frequently brushes off his underwater approval ratings, his unpopularity coupled with party infighting make him vulnerable in the deep-red state."Last week, Nathan Gonzales, a top nonpartisan election analyst with InsideElections, shifted the Kentucky Governor’s race from “Lean Republican” to “Toss-Up," while Morning Consult once again found that Matt Bevin is the leastpopular governor in America.
