Early in-person, no excuse voting before Election Day starts TOMORROW November 3rd in Kentucky also Friday the 4th and Saturday the 5th--8AM to 6PM in Jefferson County. Most counties in Kentucky for those days are 8AM to 4PM, check with your county clerk's office. Election Day in-person voting November 8th Tuesday 6AM to 6PM.
