Email your state representative and urge a 'no' vote on HB 2

Yesterday, a state House Committee voted 15-7 to pass HB2, a Workers' Compensation “Reform” bill, cutting medical benefits for injured workers. Now it is going to the House floor for a vote. This fight is far from over, but we need your help.

I'm asking you to email your State Representative now, before they vote on the House floor, to defend these benefits and affected workers--current and future.

All workers deserve the reasonable assurance of financial stability and healthcare and our Workers' Compensation laws help provide that. HB 2 will only put further stress and strain on Kentucky’s working families by cutting medical benefits for injured workers.

Our legislature should be working tirelessly to provide working women and men with conditions for a better life. Instead, they’re laser focused on weakening working people to strengthen the profit margins of their campaign donors.

I
