It’s the 4th of July weekend and, for a lot of us, that means a little bit of extra time with family.
This weekend, I’m looking forward to taking a day off to go fishing and relax with my wife and kids. I hope you are enjoying some time with family, too.
This 4th of July, I’m also reflecting on the independence hard-won for our country, and for the American way of life.
Now more than ever, there are still so many folks fighting to have an opportunity to live the American Dream promised by an independent country.
I’m going to keep that firmly in mind. I’ll continue to fight for everyone to be able to live the American Dream, and to be able to reach for the opportunities and successes promised by the Founding Fathers of our country.
Together, we can continue to build a more perfect union.
