As we all know, Bill's last (official) day will be this Thursday. I say (official) because I know we will not totally lose him as an ally to the labor movement, but we will certainly miss him in this capacity. I do thank you all for having the constitutional foresight to have him stay on for the past 60 days. His help during this time, along with the systems and people he has in place have made for a smooth transition despite the current attack on workers we fight each day. I say all of this because we are getting together for drinks tomorrow 02/28/24 at 5:00pm over at Office Pub and Deli in Frankfort. I hope you can make it but if not, please send him a text or call. Feel free to share with anyone who may be interested in stopping by.
