Frankfort, Ky. - As Daniel Cameron hits the campaign trail today, Kentuckians deserve to know about his plan to take taxpayer dollars away from public schools and give them to unaccountable private schools. Cameron has a long record of showing his support for private school vouchers – in interviews, on the campaign trail, and before the Kentucky Supreme Court, where he defended an unconstitutional voucher law and lost 7-0. So it’s no surprise that his campaign is getting millions in support from special interest pro-voucher groups.

“Kentuckians deserve to know the entirety of Daniel Cameron’s plan for public education,” said Kentucky Democratic Party spokesperson Anna Breedlove. “After making private school vouchers the centerpiece of his education agenda during the primary, Cameron is dodging questions about his true plans for Kentucky’s public schools.”
