Limited COVID vaccine appointments will be available for union members and their families

Vaccines will be at UAW 862 KTP Union Hall at 2702 Chamberlain Lane, Louisville, KY

Thursday, April 8th from 4pm to 7pm  (only 100 spots available

Saturday, April 10th from 10am-5pm  (only 500 spots available) 

Wild Health will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at our Community sites in partnership with Team Kentucky and The University of Kentucky. This vaccination clinic is for ages 16 and older. If you do not see an appointment available please check by in a day or two to see if new appointment slots have been added. 

You WILL NOT be charged any out of pocket expense for the vaccine.

Once you arrive, please follow the instructions from the Wild Health staff and/or signage. Please note that vaccine appointments will be opened based on the number of vaccines allocated that week. This may vary and appointments may change based on vaccine availability. Masks must be worn to enter the facility.

Walk-in appointments will not be accepted, so please register on this site before arriving. If you are receiving your second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, please bring your vaccine card to verify your first dose…keeping in mind that your first dose must be Pfizer. They will schedule your 2nd vaccine shot that day or email you within a week or two to schedule your 2nd vaccine shot.
