Lobby Corps Zoom Kickoff Meeting set for Dec. 19 at 2 p.m.

Dear Executive Board and COPE,

Earlier this year, our lobbyists group was instrumental in a relatively good legislative session.  Although we had a record number of calls and emails to our lawmakers, it takes a team of people inside Frankfort to be both proactive and reactive.  With the 2025 Kentucky General Assembly starting January 7th, we would like to invite you to stand up and fight back with us.  Whether you are a full time registered lobbyist or a union leader who can spare a day or two here and there, we welcome your help.  Please join us by Zoom or in person at the Kentucky State AFL-CIO office on Thursday December 19th at 2:00pm for our Lobby Corps Kickoff Meeting for 2025.  In this meeting, we will discuss our legislative goals and potential fights, updates from the interim, caucus leadership changes, legislative calendars and events, potential lobby days, establish schedules and communications, and more.  We look forward to seeing you!
