FRANKFORT — An upbeat Gov. Matt Bevin said the special pension session he plans to call need only be a simple, one-day affair.

Legislative leaders aren't convinced.

They were clearly frustrated with Bevin's veto of their pension bill — House Bill 358 —and made no suggestion that a fix can be easily passed, adding that the session will take at least five days under the best of circumstances.
