Memorial fund established for Marshall shooting victim

Brothers and Sisters:

A fellow Brother of IBEW Local 816 in Paducah, KY experienced a tragedy this week. His son Preston Cope lost his life in the Marshall County High School shooting, A Memorial Fund has been established in his honor.
