Paul and the rest of the GOP field: 'too dangerous, too craven, and too extreme'

Since my wife and I enthusiastically voted for President Joe Biden, gave his campaign some money and named our new kitten Jill for the First Lady, I don't think he'd mind if I modified his statement on the Pennsylvania Senate race to fit the Kentucky Senate race.

Biden on the Democratic nominee:

As Pennsylvania’s Lieutenant Governor, John Fetterman understands that working class families in Pennsylvania and across the country have been dealt out for far too long. It’s time to deal them back in, and electing John to the United States Senate would be a big step forward for Pennsylvania’s working people. Democrats are united around John, who is a strong nominee, will run a tough race, and can win in November. And while we await the results of the GOP primary, one thing is clear – these candidates are not your father’s GOP. They have fought a malicious, chaotic primary campaign to be the most extreme. And they have shown people their authentic selves – that whoever emerges will be too dangerous, too craven, and too extreme to represent Pennsylvania in the United States Senate.

My modification for our senate race:

As a former state representative, Charles Booker understands that working class families in Kentucky and across the country have been dealt out for far too long. It’s time to deal them back in, and electing Charles to the United States Senate would be a big step forward for Kentucky's working people. Democrats are united around Charles, who is a strong nominee, will run a tough race, and can win in November.....One thing is clear – candidates like Sen. Rand Paul are not your father’s GOP. They are malicious and the most extreme. And Republican candidates in Pennyslvania and elsewhere have shown people their authentic selves – they are too dangerous, too craven, and too extreme to represent Pennsylvania, Kentucky or any other state in the United States Senate.
