The people didn’t elect Elon Musk president
As if the world’s richest man dropping $250 million to influence our elections wasn’t bad enough, now Elon Musk is unraveling critical government programs and agencies.
This is serious stuff.
USAID has already been unlawfully shuttered, we’re on the brink of a trade war with our allies, and even Medicaid looks like it’s on the chopping block.
Now the GOP is saying that the Department of Education is next.
Whether it’s Donald Trump or Elon Musk calling the shots, the end result is the rich get richer, and millions of families could suffer.
Elon even recently tweeted out a list of people he wants to push out of Congress, targeting me by name because he knows I won’t give him a free pass.
Elon Musk is unelected, unvetted, and unfit, and it’s going to take every single one of us to fight back against the world’s richest man.
But I promise it’s a fight worth having.
