Volunteers sought for 'Boxes of Love' program

The Kentucky Alliance for Retired Americans proudly supports the "Boxes of Love" program to provide a holiday meal for families of Kentucky. We have the opportunity to help in putting the food boxes together by volunteering. Below is the information. Wishing everyone a glorious holiday season.

BOXES OF LOVE LOCATION UPDATE:

All volunteer events for Boxes of Love will be held at 416 W. Liberty St. Louisville, KY INSIDE the building, just off of Fourth Street Live! 

Wednesday, 9am-12Noon, Boxes of Love, Canned Goods Packing Day, at Fourth Street Live! You will be packing the canned goods into bags during this event.

Friday, 6am until completed, Boxes of Love (Big Day) at Fourth Street LIVE! This is the big day where we pack and load everything.

For BOTH volunteer days. Park in the Fourth Street Live! Parking Garage at 4255 South 5th Street (you'll see a big sign saying PARKING LIVE) You will get a sticker at the Metro United Way tent, which will validate your parking.
