The fight between the Bevin administration and Lt. Gov. Hampton and her staff turned into a tag-team wrestling match over the weekend, with multiple players jumping into the ring with public accusations and counter-accusations.

His Republican colleagues in the Senate want to do something. That’s why some of the most conservative members of his caucus are working with Democrats to improve the nation’s election security.

If somebody called from a country, Norway, ‘We have information on your opponent,’ oh, I think I’d want to hear it,” President Trump said in a Wednesday interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos. “You don’t call the FBI. . . . In an effort to collaborate and to head off a disastrous increase in pension contributions for public agencies across the Commonwealth, the House Democratic Caucus leadership sent a letter to Governor Bevin on Wednesday inviting him to meet with the caucus and discuss their concerns with his pension bill. In reply, the governor called the offer a “political stunt,” and said that Democrats were “kicking the can down the road … as you have done for 20 years.”
