Here's the final tally of union and teacher organization endorsements for tomorrow's gubernatorial primary election.

All of the endorsements went to the three main Democrats vying for their party's nomination: House Minority Rocky Adkins, Attorney Gen. Andy Beshear and former auditor Adam Edelen.

Candidates appreciate endorsements. But they appreciate votes most of all.

The Kentucky State AFL-CIO remained neutral throughout the campaign because, as Bill Finn aptly put it,  "these Democratic candidates for governor are great choices." All three are good on issues that are most important to those of us who pack union cards.

Bill, who is state director of the Kentucky State Building and Construction Trades Council, offered the best advice we've heard during the campaign: "Please vote for the one that you think can beat Matt Bevin on Nov. 5."

Vote tomorrow and Nov. 5 like your job and your union depend on it, because they do.
